Murat TANDOĞAN

Murat Tandoğan is an experienced tango DJ, organizer, and a passionate contributor to the international Argentine tango community. Born in Istanbul and living in Odessa, Ukraine since 2018, Tandoğan has been actively involved in tango for many years and has dedicated himself to Tango DJing since 2015. He also brings dancers together through music, events, and festivals.
As a DJ, Murat is known for his musical sensitivity and his ability to create a dynamic atmosphere on the dance floor, blending traditional tango with carefully selected orchestras to maintain energy and emotion throughout the night.
He is the organizer of international tango events, including marathons and festivals that attract dancers from all over the world. His work focuses on creating warm, high-quality environments where dancers can fully experience the essence of tango.
Murat has DJed at milongas and marathons across different cities in Turkey and various countries. When creating his tandas, he mainly prefers Golden Age and Transition Period orchestras while also including new orchestras as indispensable additions. His tandas constantly adapt to the energy of the ronda, and he enjoys using cortinas.
A true fan of D’Arienzo and Francisco Canaro, Murat Tandoğan’s biggest goal is to make the Odesa Istanbul Tango Marathon, which he started in Odessa, Ukraine, one of the world’s most prestigious marathons.
